Saved RM247.45 this month.

Spend RM248 this month on timing belt and aircond belt.

Balance of RM197.73 of expenditure on maintenance to be contra off.

Progress is slow this month due to the major service but I'm confident that I'll meet my ROI during Chinese New Year.

Spend RM139 this month on aircond vacuum and normal service.

Balance of RM197.18 of expenditure on maintenance to be contra off.

Progress is not too bad this month and seems like I'm closer to my target...
