Black smoke from exhaust pipe?

This is due to too rich of petrol, meaning not enough air.
Possible caused:

• air fuel ratio on carburetor has been changed to suit NGV mode
• air restrictor or choker is in place

Possible solution:

• have your trusted mechanic service your carburetor (less than RM30)
• replace the air restrictor with TAP (around RM200)
